Wasn't a AON order because he did get a partial fill and we don't have AON (all or none) orders anymore.

It appears to be an all or nothing offer. Whoever it is does not want sell 5000-10000 shares at a time. It has been sitting there all day, but is almost 2% of all outstanding shares.

To my understanding they had 120 days to respond and then there could have been an additional 120 days added by the parties to streach it out.  This date was YESTERDAY!!  April 19th 2023.... ...more

Sooner rather than lately, the arbitration award will be known. Not all countries pay up. The last time I checked 75% of countries simply paid up. 25% did not and the claimants had to collect with the ...more

Colombia needs to payout from the ICSID ruling.  That's all that matters. Once they pay Eco Oro, then they can do whatever with the property or other properties.   The delays in ...more
