Trying to get through to TD to tender my remaining shares. They are receiving so many calls that I cannot get through! Pretty much says it all.

If they get 50%, then you will get $2.60, the tender goes through, you don't get your shares back. You can always buy back at whatever it is trading to get the next tender.
