I could be wrong.... maybe it's TMX that's in the wrong and

BPO gave notice.   I would consider BPO giving TMX notice as a "public new release" as once the TMX post such information, it's posted for all to see at the same time.  ...more

for many YEARS !!!!!      (declared notice)    They have been giving public notice of rate changes, but I haven't seen ANY declared notices of dividends.    My ...more

We all know these Prefers are "cummulative".... hence dividends NEED to be declared to be paid otherwise they accumulate.    Company does not need to pay a dividend at the end of ...more
