The investment objectives with respect to the Preferred shares are to provide holders of the Preferred shares with fixed, cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in the amount of $0.04792 per Preferred share...

The investment objectives with respect to the Class A shares are to provide holders of the Class A shares with regular monthly cash dividends targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share. The net asset value per unit must be above the required $15 per unit threshold in order for monthly dividends to be declared, and On or about the termination date, to pay the holders the original issue price ($15) of the Class A shares. DF showing no gain since friday numbers.
UNIT NAV still at around $15.78... last trade @ $5.21 leaves the commons still at about a 10 % discount.

DF unit nav in realtime approx: $15.76
Only showing a loss of 2 pennies since friday... sellers are very fearful it seems ... AT the last sale of $5.21 the discount is very close to 10%. I guess could be some taking profits after ex divvy

None of the split funds are getting big premiums, no matter what their history was. In fact some are trading at huge discounts even tho they are well above the 15$ level for paying to commons ..

It's a closed end fund and the selling price is almost unrelated to the nav. It's just supply and demand of the outstanding shares.

this doesn't make any sense. in April 2022 the nav was at 15.53 and the stock price was 6.3 approximately. now we are at a nav of 15.78 and the stock price is at 5.26? Shouldn't the stock

DF unit nav to AUg 30 = approx; $15.78 after distributions.
DF showed a gain of over 47 cents since the update aug 15th, and after distributions, the commons would carry a value of $5.78.. and this month passed DFN in value, if none of the inputs have changed.

Indeed, been buying all I can on DF, DFN, FTN ,LBS and LFS... I also think DGS NAV could improve today but am am not set up to have a NAV value.. just a portefolio that shows the day movements GLTA

DF unit nav to Aug 29 = approx: $15.80
DF showing a gain of 35 cents since AUg 15th, and 4 cents better than DFN... Commons would have a value of about $5.65 after distributions.. discount is 35 cents or about 6.2%

Thanks. I am holding DF and LFE for the dividend. Tomorrow is x-dividend. Both df and lfe trade at 40+ cents discount to nav.
