  I think the effective date of January 1, 2012, is a typo and should actual state 2013, but we will have to wait and see if they issue a correction.

They won't do a rights issue unless they buy COP's assets.  They certainly won't sell new shares at 95 cents.  Qua Iboe won't cost $100 million all at once.  Will be ...more
