We have one plan of arrangement in place currently ... Which tells the current conditions of all three proposed entities to merge and form Spyglass to save all three together and revive value for the ...more

Looking at all 3 companies over the last 4 trading days it appears the market is trying to determine how a failed merger will effect each company.  Even with todays big drop AvenEx is faring the ...more
