Went and looked at the Sedi report on the holdings ....Same group that ran ATAC into the ground.  Given that shareholders of ATAC will recieve shares in the spinout, with this group in charge ...more

ATAC didn't have to instruct for a trading halt due to pending news release.  The exchanges will automatically cut off trading on a specified date once the official share exchange occurs ...more
