litigation was only threatened, thats why EPZ expanded the offering, so  the potential litiagants could get their piece of the financing. Large holders like Rick Rule are buyers here, and holding ...more

yes they have just been converted.... subs receipts were waiting for the prospectus I think.  With a prospectus then they are tradable, no hold.   The wts are trading, so that confirms it.
