Why would they go back to a payment plan? Sundial intends to buy Indiva for cheap.The financing option is out the window at this point.

Should be a breach of contract order levied against the lender. SNDL or WEED are the likely acquisitors, neither of which carry much financial integrity anymore. They weren't alone in
