RE:Stops

For my part, I'm hoping that the drop today will make some more weak hands sell the next few days and lower share price a bit more. I'd like to add at around $17 to my (considerable) number of ...more

RE:RE:RE:Agree

I think when they mentioned a divy raise, they were talking about Q4 2019. They will not raise the dividend before the payout lowers to around 80%. The 80% payout can be achieved by restarting Kimco ...more

RE:Considering divvy increase in 2019 if deployment goes well

Considering divvy increase in 2019 if deployment goes well

RE:RE:RE:RE:News, downgrade and now the sell-off

Anything short of absolute perfection these days and analysts throw out a downgrade, especially on stocks like this where they know they have an exggerated control the movement of the stock.

RE:RE:RE:News, downgrade and now the sell-off

I see in their presentatiln Kimko stopped paying their 100k a month due to covenants back in september. But the share price down 10%? Seems a little overblowns but it always does with this one.

Imo it's a no surprise quarter, everything as expected. Probably some shorts testing shareholders' resolve (happened before with this stock).

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Q3 2018 Highlights

Consensus analyst estimates was 0.51 EPS. Results were 0.52. Everything in line and stable. No reason for this behaviour
