More than a few skeletons in the SPB closet. Hedge and swap losses of $145 mill and .30 loss in current q has heads shaking over the proposed merger. Vote NO!!!

greenrain, RJ target price is actually $1.60, which is based on the lower SPB trading price. $1.60 equates to a 20 day vwap of $10.45.  Still, the conclusion is the same, a recommendation for CUS ...more

All I know is that I am 4 cents away from my stop loss (1.28). Quite surprised it has drifted so far back. Definitely a lot of believers out there this deal will not get done.

rustyblades, That comment is incorrect. There is 20% upside on the conversion plus another 20% upside to SPB shares. Far higher return that CUS will ever get investors.

Time for CUS to issue termination notice of SPB deal. $27 million of COP in three months + no more NATO issues means CUS can focus on bank debt repayment. Vote NO!!!!
