Not the first time they've changed auditors which makes one

wonder what the previous auditors discovered.  If a stockhouse poster can discover missing $3 million (++++) from financial statements I imagine auditors would find much more.  And maybe ...more

Boris is actually looking forward to

the upcoming delisting. No reason to any longer be publicly traded. As a private company he sells the only license for around 500k and pockets that on the way to the next venture. Simple.

They claimed it was an established company and industry leader ... somebody here found out it was registered THE DAY BEFORE the news release.  The person they listed as Chief Chemist didn't ...more
