debentures

sorry just to clarify, the debentures can either be converted to shares or they can take the principle plus some intrest from  the escow of 15 million, so its either or. However because most of ...more

from what i understand the majority of the debentures are owned by insiders anyways about 90%, so the the escrow being set up is to pay themselves back with some intrest.  the remaining 10% may ...more

oweing  13,476,000, they will be paying 17.5 million after the frist 2.5 million for a total of 15 million to tidy up those, this is was the money they rasied to produce the film in the first ...more
