The alleged Danone deal needs to be looked into. I believe shareholders have the right to know if the deal ever existed. For now it looks like it was a pump and dump headline.

I don't know what the process would be. My contact at CIRO told me that they have no jurisdiction against Lind as they are based in the US. Maybe a complaint submitted directly to the TSX?   ...more
