The document says that unsecured creditors will get a substantial payout not fully repaid - I assume that this means the shareholders will get nothing.

i counted 10 blackout spaces of purchaser money deposited to the monitor. so I assume at least tens of millions in the court paper. 40 m is my assumption.

OJ was sold 40 m. The rest of GXI has similar revevue of OJ. (40 m + 15 m cash - 20 m debenture)/134m shares= 0.26 If bouyout, shareholder can expect 20s cents per share

it seems me it is the privatization of GXI

after carefully reading the news. If so, gxi has no need to pay debenture hoders anything as long as it pays 7% interest. This is the best result .

gxi has 15 m cash after sale of JW. The new investors have to 5 m more to fully pay the debenture. i doubt they can get 100 % debenture cash back. they should share the loss as ...more
