I wonder how many other fund managers feel the same way which is probably why the stock is not trading at $44.00 per share. Hopefully, there is a higher offer or the vote exceeds the required 66-2 ...more

I doubt it. I think if there were that much pressure on the shorts (not enough shares available to buy) it would have gone over $44 yesterday.  For now, unless another bidder emerges, I expect ...more

than the buyout? Not very experienced at this, but was wondering whether, with the price now at $42 plus whether there is potential for the price to go even higher than $44.00.

Congrats. I, too, was a shareholder in May 2017 when that failed-hedge-fund-manager-turned-pig farmer shorted the stock down to under $6. I averaged down back then and got out with a decent profit ...more
