I believe they have up to 5 days to report insider trading. Also they have millions dollars available to purchase LIX shares and the deal will close based on the news nonlater then March 9 ...more

Brian was quite blunt with his confidence in the deal. And price was tanking on low volume. I guess short covering was going on
