"the market is saying the deal is maybe dead."  I agree with you.  The discount has expanded from 10% a week ago to 19% a few minutes ago.  Does not look good for CUS ...more

The deal needs to be approved by the shareholders in order to convert. So there is some risk of no conversion in which case you will end up as Canexus shareholder and not a Superior shareholder.
