Why would shareholders agree at this point, before the PFS due mid year, to a low ball offer. If the PFS is as good as the PEA many years ago, then the share price should rocket upwards and then DM ...more

Is this scenario a possibility?? At the current low and declining stock price Is there a possibilty of Antofogasta  making an offer for 100% of DM? Soon? At 75 cents DM has a total market value ...more

Teck and Antofagasta together ?  Seems doubtful. If there is upcoming equity financing, it would like involve effectively selling 25% of DM. Very Dilutive as you mention At the end of Sept DM ...more

Back in Jan 2010 when the jv was dealed, they gave a 36 month timeline for PFS & BFS.....14 month later and we have yet to see the PFS....and it sounds like we won't see that til maybe fall??? ...more
