FFN unit nav to July 16 = approx; $16.43
Spreadsheet showing a gain of 27 cents , and so with the previous estimated UNIT NAV to JULY 15th @$16.16... means the commons are valued at $6.43... and the last sale at $6.09 shows a discount of 34

About a year back FFN FTN were trading atleast 50 cents premium. Then I believe short sellers came in. Now these should trade atleast at par. If u look at lbs dgs bk they all are trading

Do you think this disconnect between NAV and FFN price could simply be because many (most?) traders have no clue about ongoing NAV? i.e. they don't know mouserman and this forum?

I think I might have found the reason this is detacted from NAV, I don't recall ever seeing the cost of borrowing shares this high brfore

Another 20 cent jump in NAV?
Looks like things are coming back down after the intense run up this morning... hopefully we can close with a 20 cent jump in NAV.. which would put us at what, somewhere in the mid 16.30s for NAV

Yeah and why? Is it the election year , and now both sides want the faith in the US banking system to be upheld. Q reports were nothing to write home about by most accounts.

US banks doing exceedingly well today: BAC 4.27%, WFC 2,56%, ETC. NAV of FFN up 1.45% as of 11:37 Probability of next US rate cut in September seen at 100% by traders
