Not just yield, but principal stability. The difference is that most of PLZ's plazas have Walmart as an achor and Walmart is a leader in retail. What anchors does MRT have?

Its actually unbelievable
This currently has a market cap of $303 million. Its trading at about 15% of book lol. I dont think theres a better value play anywhere. If so I'd like to know what??

Interestingly, Mprguard Corporation owns lots of shares of PLZ as well. Infact MRC is the largest shareholder of PLZ.
