FYI, I just received in the mail the Dec 8th Notice of Extension from Nord this morning so I'm pretty sure the brokers will be notified as of today or at the latest tomorrow. Regards Jack

Most brokerages will only tender shares towards an offer a minimum of two business days before the dead line. With December 8th being a Saturday, shares need to be tendered by Wednesday ...more

Yup.....I called too,and they told me to call in a couple of days.Maybe they still use a telex machine for commication,and that's why they make billions in profit every quater!!

I just tried to tender with iTrade and they also have asked me to call back next week. They do not have the Dec. 8 date and therefore can't help any of their clients.
