Companies will still be in normal operation until Dec 20th. Therefore Dec 20th - 21 days = Nov 29th would be the latest date for announcement. This is all based on the fact that you guys are correct ...more

He said Dec 12 would be optimal. But I think last date to have AGM would be Dec 20th or 23rd. I doubt they'd do anything during Christmas Eve to New Years
