  Your goal is not to maximize your dividend yield but rather to preserve your original capital. A levered strategy can completely wipe out your equity when things go bad.

Prediction

At least one or two CAD reits need to be acquired tomorrow, reasonable 30-40% premium to trading price. Take that 150-200k and recylcle it with many REITS still lagging right now  Thats what I ...more
