The investment objectives with respect to the Preferred shares are to provide holders of the Preferred shares with fixed, cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in the amount of $0.04792 per Preferred share...

The investment objectives with respect to the Class A shares are to provide holders of the Class A shares with regular monthly cash dividends targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share. The net asset value per unit must be above the required $15 per unit threshold in order for monthly dividends to be declared, and On or about the termination date, to pay the holders the original issue price ($15) of the Class A shares. DF unit nav in realtime @ $16.73
Now showing a gain of just over 11 cents since OCT 15th.. and the real value of commons after dist. is $6.58. Last trader @ $6.40 means the discount is 18 cents after distributions.

Showing a gain of just over 2 pennies in UNIT NAV and the commons now would be valued at about $6.49 , 16 cents better than its clone sister fund DFN. Last trade @ $6.35 , leaves DF

UNIT NAV still showing a gain of 3 pennies since OCT 15, so trading at a discount. No matter what anyone else believes, I dont buy DFN , OR DGS for that matter, at a premium in this

Things to think about with DF.TO and DFN.TO.... DF has a Beta of 2.58 compared to DFN 1.77. DF avg volume is less than half of DFN DF Market cap is $155M, DFN is $782M

DF unit nav in realtime= approx; $16.62
So basically there is no gain since OCT 15 th... with the downdraft in the holdings today. May be a late day surge up, as seems to be the norm lately.

You are taking a bit of a gamble.. as it will be the NAV on NOV 29. that would get for a price.. So if the NAV goes up you will make out like a bandit. IF it goes down, you could make 0, OR worse. So

DF unit nav to OCt 23 = approx; $16.66
So after distributions are factored in DF would be valued around $6.51 , and with the last trade @ $6.37 its trading at a 14 cent discount even after distributions are accounted for. DF
