After the auction is done, they refund the creditors and the money remain goes to the share holders? If so want kind of money could it be? like 10% of the value of the shares?

No authority on this one but my understanding is they have to give all debtors a set time period to submitt claims before the bidding process even starts.  Probably will be 60 or 90 days, maybe ...more

But Andover no longer owns the Sun!!!!! The trustee does. The properties are gone!!!!! Zero benefit to AOX shareholders.
