Sorry Sure, I stand corrected. I believe my prediction for the GBRR share price to be accurate. Don't get me wrong. When the Dixie Mine starts to produce the GBRR shares will be well north of my ...more

Are you figuring a ten year time frame to commence operations? I've been trying to get some projections on that.

RE:RE:RE:2% royalty

I think the gbrr share price is great, and hope it keeps going up. I don’t think you’ll be picking up any shares, at $1.50, unless there’s a complete meltdown in the markets. I believe as long as the ...more

RE:RE:2% royalty

Hate to disagree with you Lumpy. Let's say GBR has ten million ounces then GBRR's 2% royalty is equivalent to 200,000 ounces which at US$1800 per ounce is worth $360 million or about $12 per ...more

RE:RE:2% royalty

That is what i said. I deducted cash costs  for the working interest per oz proceeds.

RE:2% royalty

It's a 2% Net Smelter Return.  So the price of the gold sold, less the smeltering costs.  No subtraction of AISC.

RE:RE:RE:RE:GBRR.V

I think most here would agree with you that GBR is worth at the very least $25 - 30 U.S.  I'm guessing considerably more in fact.

RE:RE:RE:GBRR.V

A royalty interest is only worth 2x the working interest at current gold price. Assume a cash cost of $850/oz and royalty cash flow is $1700/oz versus $850/oz to the working interest, 2x more.. If ...more

Yep, Sure wish your poor cousins from south of the border had been allowed to participate in this offering. I was selfishly hoping to be able to purchase GBRR for under a buck. Dixie will most ...more

RE:RE:GBRR.V

Guess it depends on how many shares you use for GBR and GBRR. We must be close to 60,000,000 on GBR and 30,000,000 on GBRR So $ 930,000,000 on GBR @ 10 % = 93,000,000 by 30,000,000 shares = $ 3.10 If ...more
