Not sure they overpaid , they bought all assets for 24M they should generate enough FCF to pay if off in 24 months (good will alone is typically paid 5-6X EBITAD ) we are talking about all tangible ...more

Yes, they are growing through acquisitions, the envelope business is in decline. That is why this company will never trade much more than 10 times earnings in my view. Trading at less than 6 times now ...more

They bought Royal Envelope and at the same times closed facility in Edmonton. Basically they bought Royal Envelope client base, cause they couldn't get them any other way. Now I'm ...more

SXP is earning about $0.30 right now, so they could easily restart a dividend. Based on the mix of business, I would at least give it a 8 multiple, so should be around $2.40. And if they restart the ...more

Very strong support around $1.50, slight resistance around $2. Next qtr is seasonnally strong (holidays) I think they will resume dividend sometime in 2021.

For my part I don't expect or need a dividend , as a shareholder I focus on balance sheet improvements and the non dilutive deal is very positive for me.

L...up,  You seem to be forgetting that the dividend was suspended because the balance sheet needed attention post the purchase of Royal early in the year. All issuer bids require available cash ...more
