I would rather see Sirona take 51% of future sales of $100M than 90% of nothing. If Sirona had a buyout clause that would assert its full ownership rights down the road after everything was paid back ...more

I guess it also depends if you prefer needles in the face and a fake look, or a more subtle way of implementing a product with a more natural look :)
