Maybe it was a head fake by stating they were offering 10 million of there share holdings to entice others to dump. Maybe they never tendered any and it was smaller shareholders that tendered. We will

According to yahoo finance, 357000 is the average shares traded per day. With NCIB usual terms, 10% of this each day can be rebought and cancelled, so 35700 shares daily. With around 250 trading days

Looks like still a cap
Looks like someone is till unloading shares at the $1.35 level so I think we will have to wait a bit more for a leg up. One positive is that it appears the ask is being hit and not the bid.
