Not ALL stocks Silverado. Maybe stocks that are hanging on to survive for a while, but there are a number that do a RS to graduate to a higher exchange or get exposure to different investment agencies

Cant agree woundedknee. After a RS the stock typically slides to near the same stock amount per share before the RS. Except the stock is worth 1/RS ratio. The entry time is now. IMO

Maybe to attempt to clarify. I would partly agree...never good for the "existing" shareholder. But quite possibly better for a new shareholder if they can get the right entry point. jmo
