Bankruptcy doesn't seem likely. Pay down debt, roll back shares = current shares you own/10, then re-list on the venture. A company making $10M annually doesn't seem like a BK ...more

2016 revenue estimate

$1811,000/52days (feb 9 to april 1)*356 days =$12,398,000 GXI gave 11 million revenue guideline for 2016. Up to now it seems it run nomally under CCAA

Delisting at this juncture simply means there is no platform to trade shares. You still own your shares though. They potentially become worthless if GXI goes into BK.

No guarantee your shares have any value. Delisting I think makes them zero. If the company lists again its a new issue. Thats how I think it works.
