Can you imagine if you saw HR buying 200k shares a week at $8, 9....AFFO flow is 11% so that will just keep going up I think they are really scared of a hard landing and flush.

Yes they literally had a full year to try to go a bit "beyond" their targeted asset sales to raise 100m for a NCIB. All those asset sales just going to debt, doesnt make sense IMO
