Let's hope it is a leak cause it looks good. I wish day traders wouldn't speculate over things like this. Hard to tell what is happening.

TOL accumulation phase a la NVS

Strikes me that this is being walked down/capped on low volume to the detriment of impatient retailers and that this could well be a repeat of the NVS sale - ie, that a deal is in the works for a 30 ...more

IMO, now it seems the deal involves more than a straight sale. There may be a small spin off company run by the current TOL managers AND/OR it is some type of merger with several moving pieces. $2.80 ...more

It was my assumption that the deadline for them to make a bid was Aug 30.  Since we haven't heard of them calling off the strategic review process, I think its all good and they deal gets ...more
