The takeover valuation of 850 million for what they have minus the cash is about a third of the assets we have and we are presently valued at 151 million Canadian. My what a discrepancy in valuations.

HARV-CSE just bought Verano for 850 million in stock making it so they say the largest pot company in the U.S. without being in California that I can see. The consolidation is getting fast and furious
