That $3mm in that placement news release announced was a Presidents list of prospective participates..not necessarily they be insiders..may be friends, relatives, etc and could include insiders....may ...more

anything can happen, but do you think insiders would have bought 3m of the 11.5m if they didn't think $0.3 wasn't a steal or production problems weren't solvable?

Keep in mind...and continue to remind yourselves....they only had as reported Sept 25th news release of $1.7mm cash available then...They are required to spend $4mm(US) for the initial earn-In..by end ...more
