I was referring to the assinine laughable comments, not bond yeilds. News for you, 4.5 plus in ten year is as real as 3.5. It is also a fair and reasonable level, will just take time to adjust to.

Think about how little sense this makes

At a time when central banks are lowering rates and there's some desparation for a decent yield you can easily jump to a US 10 year at 4.20% which is historically not a bad rate.    ...more

NO REBOUND.

VNQ down 2% all day and  CAD reits are heading back south.  Just brutal There could be some SERIOUS trouble if the 10 yr goes over 4.20%... June lows anybody?
