Aftrer all said and done   TCF  will be still at 30 cents  a  30 mill market cap with the money to secure the Uranus,  and to drill the 4 oil wells in  2024....oh ...more

Or is the commissioner asking compactor review of the private placement , regardless how I see this , value is 0.10 no more in my view
