RE:FFN guesstimate to Nov 12 = $18.02

Do you think there could be a big difference with your calculations and the real NAV?
Post by mousermanon Nov 12, 2024 4:53pm

According to FULL update

FFN shares out should be  58,342,859  if we divided the market cap by the price of  the commons. That is a much higher total than StockWatch  shows today.. which is 55,338,392 ...more

Not sure on the prospectus but i thought the ATM could only sell shares as long as they were not at a discount...  so the ATM could sell preferreds , but not commons. Basically the retraction is ...more

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Newest holdings weightings....

Mouserman This was an increase in the total number of units and total Net Asset $'s . How can this be a retraction? I believe this was addioal sales fof shares under the ATM Program.

RE:RE:Newest holdings weightings....

Why is the Dashboard not showing Total Fund Value as $981,245,208 as per the Quadravest Oct 31 Fund Update Total Net assets ?
Post by mousermanon Nov 11, 2024 4:49pm

FFN dashboard has the UNIT NAV to NOV 11 @$18.118

SO last sale @ $7.06 means the discount is nearly $1.06 or about  13%.. and I do believe FFN  has the biggest discount of those  I follow and the biggest yield % payout.
