normally its 66.67% to vote it in. That's why they are smoozing the insiders to agree. It cost lots of money to make an offer legal fees ,mail out etc so they have to have them onside to proceed ...more

There wasnt a whimper on behalf of management that the offer was dropped to 30 cents. This seems to indicate that LS has no negotiating leverage. So, once the DD is complete and the new offer is 20 ...more

of course could go lower until then, but there could also be a ploy to drive price further down, while the' in the know' will be picking up the cheap shares
