normally its 66.67% to vote it in. That's why they are smoozing the insiders to agree. It cost lots of money to make an offer legal fees ,mail out etc so they have to have them onside to proceed

If they take the offer at .30 and they might these
of course could go lower until then, but there could also be a ploy to drive price further down, while the' in the know' will be picking up the cheap shares
