Wow many names just dived down like HR, DIR, RIOCAN etc almost 1% last 15 minutes.  Nothing else did that.  Pretty bs that random trading algorithm is able to do the same pattern to many ...more

CAD REITS still have a long way to go...

And nowhere near their former glory of prices the past decade.  Thats what makes this so sad. Riocan always had $24 as a mean HR has been hosed from a $20+ reit to $14 a bit better than the ...more

Yes the consumer is pinched with high rates and high inflation.  This is just not ending well. Fortunately, reits will rally the bigger and bolder the rate cuts become

It would be close to 2021 "highs" with many years of  dividends and DRIP and ACB lowering now, but those NWH, DREAMOFFICE, TNT/SOT reits absolutely gave a lunch handed 50-70% declines.& ...more
