Per the filing below from yesterday (people just reading now), it LOOKS like Marc sold 200,000 shares of stock.
Of course, this is COMPLETELY incorrect. That filing represents Marc TRANSFERRING 200,000 shares of stock that he BOUGHT from his trading account (Travellers Int'l) into the COMPANY's account.
LOL, a friend of mine just said he heard Marc was selling. Watch the stock shoot right back up!
