RE: Disappointed Shareholder - R U kidding?

RE: Disappointed Shareholder - R U kidding?Geez, are you a shareholder or a basher? For one, I just described what happened this year - totally a growing pains issue, and NOTHING to do with accounting problems. Frankly, it sounds more like an arrogant auditor than anything else. As for last year, it wasn't late at all. It was filed on time, but whoever filed it (not the auditor) accidentally filed it without the electronic signatures. Thus, the "E" was put on the ticker for exactly one day until the signatures were made. My god, 99% of juniors would drool over having such issues; i.e. a business that's growing so rapidly that their auditors were taken by surprise. Most juniors have absolutely nothing going on, and thus don't have to deal with such issues. Look at what SDRG has accomplished in the past year compared to 99% of juniors companies (not to mention the stock price appreciation), and then tell me how dissappointed a shareholder you are. Hey, I'm dissappointed as well, but you don't see me bashing the very people that have helped to get the stock price so high. There's enough uninformed bashers, let alone profitable shareholders making erroneous claims.
