just spoke to Marc - Filing just about ready!The auditors are now finalizing the 10K, which looks likely to be posted on Monday. Thus, assuming limited beaurocracy at the NASDAQ, the "E" should be off on Tuesday. Either way, the second people see the filing (or feel confident that it's coming), the stock should respond.
And given the fact that Marc has been under mandatory radio silence during this "E" period, and the fact that he just came back from nearly two weeks in China, I'd be surprised if there isn't a backlog of news on the horizon!
Oh, and by the way have you been looking at zinc inventories plummeting again?
