RE: Spoke to Marc - UPDATE! - tia

RE: Spoke to Marc - UPDATE! - tiaFirst off, given the performance of the junior mining market lately, and especially in light of the "E" fiasco, I think SDRG(E) has performed better than most PM stocks. As for the IPO, there is no specific timeline, but the goal is to do it ASAP assuming the price target is there, which I highly doubt is anywhere near $2.20. To start, they needed to get the Erbaohuo 43-101, which is in their hands now. It then needs to be incorporated into the TSX listing prospectus, which should be pretty easy as the SEC S1 has already been completed and declared active. Next they need TSX Exchange final approval, but I do not know what that entails (I've got to think it's pretty close to done now).
