RE: filingAs I noted yesterday, SDRG is being fed the data piece by piece from SF as it is approved by SF's partners. As it comes to SDRG, they are rapidly checking it and uploading it in the EDGAR document format. When it is all done, likely not until the end of the day, they will upload the final document.
Just spoke to them. Everyone is working diligently to get this process done today, as hard as they possibly can. I will call later for an update.
Either way, this process getting done is a given, in the very short-term.
