A little mosaic

A little mosaicBack in analyst school, they taught me to make a mental "mosaic" based on all of the available public information, and then surmise what's going to happen next. For the past few weeks, Marc and Colin have had non-stop meeting with financial institutions (big and small) about securing near-term financing and laying out a game plan for the eventual IPO. Moreover, they have been interviewing numerous BOD candidates and completing the TSX listing application. Now, after being around the office for awhile, Marc has planned an aggressive travel schedule, starting with a trip to China in early November, then Mexico in late November, and, get this, a trip to NYC for marketing to hedge/mutual funds in early December. Back in analyst school, I also learned that managements don't set up marketing meetings in big, bad NYC unless they have something very good to say. Moreover, the last time he took a marketing trip to NYC, in early December of last year, the stock rocketed up from $1.25 to $2.20 within a week or two. So please, use all your collective analyst skills to take a guess whether the next big move in the stock will be up or down. yoyo
