Things lookiing goodSuch a difficult, quiet period for the junior stocks, which are trading at their lowest valuations since the PM bull market commenced in 2000. Even the most skeptical have realized by now that what has happened to SDRG has nothing to do with the company and everything to do with the sector.
But with silver prices near 28-year highs and two major discoveries behind them, the outlook for SDRG has never been better, IMO.
Speaking to the company, I have been assured that both financing and the TSX application are moving forward at full speed, and thus I'd be shocked if we don't hear something in the near-term regarding these issues.
Once done, the company will be able to aggressively drill up both the Mexican and Chinese properties in 2008. There is little doubt in my mind that these programs will dramatically increase the company's reserves, and even less doubt that the junior market will have dramatically turned around by then.
Looking forward to a very exciting late winter, IMO.
