Carl26, your statement is a misleading given the transactions date is Dec 31/07. It appears that some insiders traded prior to Dec 31/07 and not reported until fiscal year end by the range of share prices on transaction date. Makes you wonder if there is a problem with insiders not reporting their trades, SP indicates yes. May indicate ethical issues among management.
