any advise good or bad????

any advise good or bad????I am new to this stock, but looks like a good time to buy .... I plan to purchase at market open tomorrow. Looks like a solid co. with no debt, solid revenue growth, new labour agreement, dividends .... All I see is positive. Any negetive???????
